Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your business. By signing a contract you are signing a legally binding contract for work to be performed.

This estimate is an approximation and is not guaranteed. Actual cost may change once all project elements are finalized or negotiated. Prior to any changes of cost, the client will be notified. Services. Upon acceptance, we will perform the services described in this estimate. Any additional services requested by you and not included in this estimate will incur additional charges. Schedule. The services will be completed and will be made in accordance with the schedule agreed upon.

Changes

Changes in the specifications, quantities, schedule or other aspects of the services that are requested or approved by you do not become binding unless accepted in writing. Any such changes may result in additional or increased charges, and you agree to pay such increased charges.

Taxes

You will be responsible for payment of all applicable federal, state and local taxes.

Payment Terms

All invoices for services covered by the estimate are payable upon completion of work or date stated on the invoice. Late Charges

Interest

Any invoices not paid by you on the date of completion may bear interest after the due date until the invoice is paid. We abide to all of the statements stated on this estimate

Service Terms and Conditions

If applicable, client agrees to authorize us on their property for the purposes of performing the services stated on this estimate. Client understands that although we try our best to provide you with an accurate time frame, there is no set timeframe for the completion of services and several visits to the property may be required. The time stated on your appointment is just an arrival window, we will be sure to contact you when we are on our way. We also have permission to visit the property with little or no notice to assess service needs prior to the date of service, as well as to check completion after services have been rendered.

Client agrees to allow us to utilize any photos, descriptions, reviews, quotes, texts or videos of the property for marketing purposes. By inquiring about our services or doing business with us, you are giving your consent to receive notifications and messages (e-mail or text) regarding our promotions or services. Again, we appreciate you agreeing to these terms and conditions as we only set them in place to ensure everyone’s safety and satisfaction. Payment Terms

All invoices for services covered by the estimate are payable upon completion of work or due date stated on this invoice. Late Charges; Interest. Any invoices not paid by you on the date of completion may bear interest after the due date until the invoice is paid. The accepted forms of payment are listed on this invoice.

 

Painting Contract

Payment and Scheduling

A non-refundable deposit of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total contract price is required upon execution of this Agreement. This deposit shall be applied toward the cost of all painting supplies, materials, and to secure the scheduling of the work. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the Property Owner for any reason.

Preparation of Work Area

The Property Owner shall be solely responsible for removing all furniture, fixtures, wall hangings, decorations, and other personal items from the work area prior to the commencement of work. The Contractor shall not be responsible for moving, covering, or protecting any items not removed by the Property Owner unless alternative arrangements have been expressly agreed upon in writing between the Property Owner and Mr Fixin’s management and noted herein.

Paint Color and Sheen Matching Acknowledgment

The Property Owner acknowledges and agrees that any request to match existing paint colors and/or sheen levels will be performed using the best efforts of the paint supplier. Due to variations in paint batches, lighting conditions, surface texture, age of existing paint, and manufacturer limitations, the Contractor and paint supplier can only achieve a close match and cannot guarantee an exact or perfect match to the existing color or sheen. The Property Owner accepts that slight differences may occur and releases the Contractor from any liability related to such variations. Final approval of color and sheen shall be confirmed by the Property Owner prior to application where possible, or upon completion of the work.

Any and all jobs approved must be “signed” for approval within QuickBooks estimate and payments to Mr. Fixin’s Handyman Service LLC are to be paid only through available QuickBooks estimate options. Any means of owed payments to Mr. Fixin’s Handyman Service LLC through “any company’s” programing or website will not happen on behalf of Mr. Fixin’s Handyman Service LLC time or labor so please do your own work as we will not.

 

Ownership of Photographs Clause

All photographs, digital images, and any reproductions or derivatives thereof captured using any devices provided by Mr Fixins Handyman Service LLC shall be the exclusive property of Mr Fixins Handyman Service LLC. By using these devices, the photographer acknowledges and agrees that any and all rights, titles, and interests—including copyright and intellectual property rights—in the images are automatically and irrevocably assigned to Mr Fixins Handyman Service LLC. No claim or right to these images may be asserted by the photographer or any third party, and any use, reproduction, distribution, or public display of such images shall require the prior written consent of Mr Fixins Handyman Service LLC.
